No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee visa approval, admission, job offers, sponsorship, funding, PR, relocation, immigration outcomes, airline seats, hotel availability, or third-party decisions.

Client responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing documents, attending appointments, meeting deadlines, and making final payment or application decisions.

Third-party decisions

Schools, employers, embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, airlines, hotels, funding partners, and other third parties make their own decisions under their own rules.

Payments and fees

Service fees, consultation fees, booking payments, and third-party charges should be understood before payment. Third-party fees may be separate from Fly Connect service fees.

Refunds and cancellations

Fares and hotel availability can change until confirmed. Passenger names must match travel documents. Refund and change rules differ by airline, fare class, hotel, and booking condition.

Public forms are for initial enquiries. Do not submit passport numbers, BVN/NIN, exact account balances, bank statements, passport uploads, date of birth, full home address, or sensitive documents through public forms.
